Hongqiao Vantone SunnyWorld Centre
Following the future scenario of the previous assignments exemplar research on projects which aim to achieve a similar result have been examined.
“We aim to create a destination and a genuine public place that is a positive contribution to the future growth of Shanghai"
The concept of returning biodiversity to the heart of the
city with a large-scale urban plan reflects similarly on what I hope to achieve
with the Brisbane Queen Street
The SunnyWorld Centre takes into considerations the
environmental factors surrounding the site.
- The Office buildings border the linear park minimizing solar gains while maximizing views.
- The design of the floor plates are slender, maximizing daylight and natural ventilation, while remaining flexible for future changes.
Smart design which adds positively while not demanding high
energy consumption is vital in the proposed future scenario
